Anatomy Basics is a 10-hour foundational training designed for curious practitioners and future yoga and Pilates teachers who want to understand how the body truly moves — without overwhelm or memorization.
This course focuses on functional anatomy: joints, movement patterns, stability and mobility, and how to apply anatomical knowledge directly to teaching and personal practice.

Yoga mat/props; if needed, outside of what is provided at the studio.
Notebook/journal + pens/highlighter (you’ll journal each module).
Water bottle & light sweater (studio can be cool at rest).

Anatomy kit (optional but helpful): Will be covered during Anatomy course.
Need props? You can buy or borrow at FTLO (limited stock).

Sessions run on Saturday 14:00–21:00 and Sunday 15:00–21:00.

Eva is a physiotherapist with 20 years of experience and advanced training in APPI Pilates, Medical Hatha Yoga, and Yin Yoga. She specializes in small-group prevention courses and corporate health programs, bringing anatomy-led, mindful, and holistic movement into every class.
